Your tasks:

Professional nursing and care of patients in everyday hospital life
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the individual nursing process
Implementation and monitoring of nursing and medical measures within the scope of own competencies
Observation and assessment of the health status as well as recognition of changes
Coordination and organization of nursing processes
Ensuring high nursing quality and patient safety
Professional documentation of nursing services
Collaboration with doctors, therapists, and other professional groups
Advice and support for patients and relatives

Your profile:

Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF or dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
Professional experience in the hospital or acute care sector is an advantage
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Responsible, structured, and independent way of working
High professional and social competence
Resilience and flexibility in the dynamic everyday hospital life
Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
Readiness for shift, night, and weekend services depending on the employing company

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the employing company.
