At the locations Bätterkinden, Lohn-Ammannsegg, Utzenstorf and Fraubrunnen, LANDI Bucheggberg-Landshut is present in the market as a regional company with around 90 employees through LANDI stores, Shop & Bistro, agriculture centers, drying plants, grain collection points, gas stations and a TakeAway restaurant.

These tasks will inspire you

• You will act as a deputy for the Team Leader Garden Center/Green Area
• Friendly and expert advice for our customers, competent and with heart
• Care and management of plants, garden accessories and auxiliary materials
• You have a creative flair for the design of sales areas & product presentations
• You actively sell our products and operate the cash register reliably and accurately
• Purchasing goods, organization and implementation of concepts & campaigns
• Assistance in all areas of the LANDI Store outside of the gardening season

We look forward to this profile

• Completed vocational training in retail EFZ (Polynatura training is an advantage)
• Further education or experience in the green industry, as well as manual dexterity
• Customer-oriented, friendly and confident appearance
• Independent way of working, resilient, seasonally flexible, including Saturdays
• Communicative, motivated & team player
• Good PC skills
• Very good German skills in speaking & writing (including Swiss German)
