We are looking for sprinters in telephone customer support: - Customer identification - Assistance to customers during migration to a new application What you bring: - Swiss German or German business fluent as well as a second national language French or Italian are a must! - You can process telephone requests - You enjoy interacting and being in contact with people - You are used to working with a computer - Impeccable record of conduct Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 21:00 (early or late shift) Saturday 09:00 - 13:00 (two Saturdays per month mandatory) flexibly deployable according to need Your exact deployment plan will be discussed with you separately after starting. Extension and takeover / permanent employment possible. We only consider applicants who master at least two national languages, are available for the entire period as well as during all working hours. An impeccable record of conduct is a requirement for this position. The extracts must be available at the start of work. The extracts may be a maximum of 3 months old.
