Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)

If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks:

• Organization and administrative processing of practice reception, patient admission and appointment management
• Vocational training for MPA apprentices desirable
• Receiving and processing telephone calls and e-mails
• Laboratory work, venous blood sampling, setting up infusions and injections
• Preparation and follow-up of the consultation room as well as consultation assistance
• Performance recording, sending reports, prescriptions and insurance inquiries, scanning documents, as well as maintenance of digital medical records

Become part of the Department for Women's, Children's and Obstetric Medicine at Spital Zollikerberg. Our outpatient services include the Frauenklinik outpatient clinic at the Zollikerberg location as well as the Frauen-Permanence at the Stadelhofen location. The range is supplemented by our Center for Integrative, Complementary Medicine & TCM. Here, we particularly accompany patients with chronic illnesses and complaints and offer complementary medicine treatments in addition to conventional medical therapies.

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as a Med. Praxisassistentin/ Med. Praxisassistenten is an advantage with some professional experience
• Interest in further training for the vocational trainer is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology as well as proficient PC skills
• Completed vocational trainer course or SVEB certificate or willingness to complete one of these
• Willingness to occasionally care for our patients on weekends/ holidays or as part of an evening consultation
• Respectful and friendly Umgang with our patients is a matter of course as well as maintaining an overview in hectic situations
