Your tasks • You are responsible for parts of the ordering process • You support the head of department in taking over administrative tasks • Inventory management and the delivery of internal orders fall within your area of responsibility • You are responsible for the preparation of resident rooms for new move-ins • You are flexible and, if required, provide operational support to the individual departments (service, cleaning, …) What you bring with you • You have a degree as a specialist in hospitality housekeeping EFZ or higher • You bring further training and experience in administrative tasks • High sensitivity and empathy towards older people characterize you • You remain calm even in hectic situations and are flexible • Our facility is open 7 days a week, therefore occasional weekend shifts are included • You communicate perfectly in German and have very good Office skills What you get from us • Look forward to exciting and varied tasks in a motivated team • We maintain an open corporate culture • Modern working conditions and attractive benefits await you • Family, leisure and profession can be well reconciled with us Have we aroused your interest in this position?
