Your tasks

• Project management: You are responsible for the management and implementation of strategic and operational projects or work on them (project / sub-project management).
• Decision-making bases: Together with the relevant specialist departments, you develop concepts, analyses and sound decision-making bases for the management.
• Optimization: You analyze existing processes, structures and organizational workflows, identify optimization and digitalization potentials and develop suitable solution approaches together with the specialist departments.
• Implementation: You accompany the introduction of new processes, systems and technologies.
• Coordination: You coordinate the cooperation between specialist departments, IT and external partners.
• Workshops and moderation: You plan and moderate workshops, working groups and project meetings.

Your profile

• Education: You have a completed degree, for example in health economics, health management, business administration with a specialization in healthcare, medical informatics, or a comparable education
• Experience: You bring 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare, especially in project work or consulting.
• Interest: You are enthusiastic about organizational development, digitalization, project management and change processes and want to actively help shape the further development of the healthcare system.
• Contexts: You have a good understanding of business contexts as well as the processes in healthcare.
• Personality: You have an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of thinking, act independently, are reliable and work precisely. High initiative as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation characterize you just as much as strong communication and teamwork skills.
