Aufberg AG offers a unique chain of services in the care and support of toddlers, children, adolescents, women, and families in Northwestern Switzerland.

We have a modern infrastructure and a total of 250 living and care places at various locations in the cantons of Basel-Landschaft and Basel-Stadt. The focus of our pedagogical work lies in creating optimal transitions between the individual services and maximum relationship continuity. Needs orientation and flexibilization set the direction for the development of our service offering. This offering is continuously reviewed, further differentiated, and, if necessary, expanded. For the Wohngruppe of the Schulwohnheim Wolfbrunnen in Lausen and for the external residential group in Seltisberg, which houses psychosocially burdened girls, we are looking to support, immediately or by arrangement, a flexible

Enjoyment in working with adolescents, teamwork skills, as well as flexibility and resilience are important requirements for this varied task.

To support the team, we are looking for a flexible person who will support us during one to two nights per week and during staff shortages.

Main tasks include in particular: ###

• Care of the adolescents in the residential groups
• Performing and guiding household work involving the adolescents (preparing various meals, cleaning, maintaining order)
• Supporting the reference persons in administrative work
• If necessary, cooperation with parents, relatives, and therapists
• Supporting the preparation and implementation of various activities at group level (leisure activities, day trips, various events)

If you possess the following competencies, we can offer you an interesting position in a professional and family-like environment: ###

• You have training or an equivalent qualification in the social sector
• You bring great flexibility and are open to irregular assignments (incl. weekend and night shifts), which are generously remunerated
• It is an advantage if you possess a category B driver's license and your own car
