What awaits you: Care, support, and relief for clients and relatives; Basic care in stable situations in close cooperation and exchange with the case-leading nursing professional; Active participation in case management within the scope of defined competencies; Shared responsibility for a defined client group; Recording and forwarding changes to the case-leading nursing professional; Readiness to take over household tasks during shortages to ensure a clean and safe environment. If suitable and interested, there is also the possibility with us to complete the remedial training to become a Fachperson Gesundheit. What you bring: Certificate of the basic course in nursing SRK or Federal Vocational Certificate AGS; Good oral and written German skills; An independent, proactive, and responsible way of working; Open-mindedness, flexibility, and empathy; Readiness to travel by car or e-bike.
