Dipl. Nursing Specialists HF/FH

We are looking for a client of ours in Spitex for Dipl. Nursing Specialists HF/FH with case management - Acute and Chronic Care 60-90%.

YOUR TASKS:

• Resource-oriented and goal-oriented nursing and care
• Consulting and accompanying relatives
• Case management through planning, control and evaluation of the nursing process
• Instruction, coaching and consulting of nursing staff of other competence levels
• Responsibility for careful and gapless management of nursing documentation
• Introduction and support of new employees, learners and students
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist offices and doctors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed nursing training at tertiary level
• Friendly and appreciative demeanor as well as physical and mental resilience
• Enjoyment of change and interprofessional collaboration in the team
• High sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility
• Good knowledge of the German language in word and writing, at least level B2
• Driver's license category B or willingness to be on the road with an e-bike
