In inter-company courses, you take on the role of course instructor and instructor and convey content in a practical manner. You coordinate repetition and further education courses for adults and apprentices from planning to implementation and continuously develop the offering. In courses on switching operations and working under tension, you contribute your technical expertise in a targeted manner, support the execution, and ensure a safe process. You continuously develop, maintain, and optimize course and training materials. You actively participate in specialist committees, contribute practical experience, and provide impulses for the further development of training. You perform administrative tasks in the training area in a structured and efficient manner, thus ensuring smooth processes. Occupational safety is your inner conviction, both in training and in participating in event analysis and the implementation of measures. Your profile Your training backpack is filled with completed training as a network electrician as well as further training as a network electrician master or technician HF. Preferably, you bring the SVEB certificate for instructors and use it effectively in practice. Training in adult education and occupational safety is an additional plus. Several years of professional experience in the environment of an energy supply company helps you to convey content in a practical and target-group-oriented manner. You feel at home in the training of apprentices and/or adults and enjoy taking on technical leadership. With your didactic skill, you design courses to be varied, understandable, and to the point. A confident appearance, strong communication, and moderation skills characterize you – even in demanding situations. You work in a structured, independent manner and with high standards of quality, safety, and responsibility; good German skills as well as a category B driver's license round off your profile.
