HVAC Technical Assistant 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical and administrative follow-up of HVAC projects (heating, ventilation, sanitary)
• Analyze plans and technical files in collaboration with project managers
• Perform measurements and prepare material orders necessary for construction sites
• Prepare and manage requests for quotations, estimates, as well as tender documents
• Coordinate different stakeholders and ensure the smooth flow of information
• Ensure follow-up of costs, deadlines, and progress of work
• Collaborate closely with field teams, technical offices, and clients
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of projects

Profile

• Technical training in the field of HVAC (CFC or equivalent training)
• Proven experience in the administrative and technical management of projects related to HVAC or building installation
• Good understanding of technical installations and Swiss standards in the sector
• Mastery of usual IT tools and technical software
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality
• Good sense of service and ease in exchanges with various partners
• Category B driving license
