Les maisons de retraite et de soins de Teufen offer a home to 105 elderly people. For our Lindenhügel house with 40 residents, we are looking for a committed person, starting now or by arrangement, who will contribute to shaping our hospitality with heart, an overview, and good ideas.

Hospitality Team Leader (m/f)

60 - 70 % starting now or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Direction and support of a team of approximately 6 employees
• Organization of daily activities in cleaning, laundry, dining room, and cafeteria
• Active participation in daily life and guarantee of our quality standards
• Scheduling as well as responsibility for material and resources
• Participation in the design and development of hospitality
• Help with the organization and realization of

events

Your profile

• CFC training as a specialist in hospitality management or equivalent training
• Experience in management or motivation for the next step towards a management function
• Organizational talent and an autonomous and solution-oriented way of working
• Enthusiastic personality and a high degree of self-motivation
• Open and appreciative communication and pleasure in collaborating
• Joy of contact with elderly people and very good knowledge of German
