Our client is a leading competence center in the field of long-term care, providing a home to around 300 residents. To support the team, we are looking for a committed personality as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Geriatrie / Palliative Care, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Professionally competent nursing and care of the residents
• Execution of day shifts and late shifts
• Accompanying students and apprentices
• Implementation and further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and RAI
• Support of smooth shift operations
• Promotion of cross-departmental cooperation

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Alternatively, an equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Readiness for further training in "Palliative Care"
• Ideally knowledge of RAI and Easy Dok
• High respect towards elderly and demented people
• Pronounced quality and cost awareness
• Flexibility and openness to new nursing philosophy
