The Select Service Partner (Schweiz) AG is part of the international gastronomic group SSP Group plc. At the Zurich Airport and main station locations, we currently operate 21 points of sale and employ approximately 360 employees. In addition to our Bespoke concepts Bellevue, NZZ Café, Startbar and Alpenblick, we also operate well-known brands as a franchisee in Switzerland such as Burger King, five Starbucks Stores and five stores of the English brand Prêt a Manger.

For our Burger King at Zurich Airport, we are looking for an upbeat, flexible and motivated personality as

Shift Leader Burger King 100%

Your tasks:

Operational assistance in leading the shift

Active support of the team

Control and implementation of the BK standards

Assistance with the recruitment, training, development and leadership of the Team Members

Ordering processes as well as various other administrative tasks

We expect:

At least two to three years of leadership experience in a comparable position

Several years of Burger King brand experience desirable

Service-oriented personality with a flair for hosting

Team spirit as well as resilience

Flexibility (7-day week)

Fluent German and good English skills
