A customer is looking for an organized personality to strengthen the Sales Team in the sales back office. The position offers versatile tasks at the interface between sales, customers, and internal specialist departments with a focus on administrative coordination and system support. Your task ##

• Complete order processing A-Z (written, telephone)
• Professional customer advisory
• Responsibility for administrative tasks
• Support of the field service in the creation and evaluation of sales documents
• Collaboration on various projects and master data maintenance in the ERP system

Your profile ##

• Successfully completed commercial training or a correspondingly acquired qualification required
• Professional experience in sales back office is required
• Very good German skills and good French skills necessary. Italian and English skills are an advantage
• Experience in ERP and CRM systems
• Independent way of working and strong service orientation are expected
