VR AG has been active for many years in traffic regulation and communication technology as an independent company on the Swiss market. With our coordinated traffic light systems, we maintain smooth road traffic and ensure daily safety at intersections. To ensure everything continues to work well, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a reliable and capable team player for the Aftersales department as:

Aftersales Assistant 80-100%

Your profile:
3 Completed apprenticeship as an installation electrician, automation technician or in a related profession
3 Commercial training and professional experience in customer service, planning and administration an asset
3 Good IT knowledge
3 Good knowledge of German, oral and written
3 Category B driving license (BE an asset)
3 Reliable personality, communicative with a good capacity for rapid assimilation

Your tasks:
3 Reception and processing of customer inquiries (by telephone and by e-mail)
3 Planning and scheduling of service personnel for their interventions
3 Recording of service orders up to invoicing
3 Planning of maintenance work resulting from service contracts
3 Various administrative tasks (cross-functional)
3 Assistance during road interventions
