For our branch in Zurich, we are looking for reinforcement in the trust team. You will have the opportunity to deepen your accumulated experience in a very broad area with various trust mandates. Are you aiming for a career in consulting? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
Your responsibilities
• Managing accounts payable / payment transactions
• Managing financial accounting (including reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers accounts payable / accounts receivable).
• Assisting in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements in cooperation with the mandate manager
• Preparing VAT returns and tax declarations for legal entities
• Managing payroll accounting, preparing social security declarations and salary certificates
• Performing HR administration tasks
• Supporting the training of apprentices (optional)
Your profile
• Successfully completed commercial basic training
• Practical experience in trust, accounting or personnel administration
• Trust or accounting clerk (also in training) advantageous
• High digital affinity, sound knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Confident German language skills, English skills at level B2
• Positive work attitude, commitment and precise working method
• Strong communication skills as well as pronounced team and customer orientation
