Employment Coordinator at 80% - 100%

Salary class: 7 (salary scale)
Your missions
As an employment coordinator, your main mission will be to reintegrate insured persons who have been forced to change professional activity due to physical or psychological impairments. Your role is essential to promote their inclusion in the labor market.
Your tasks are as follows:
conduct placement interviews with beneficiaries and accompany them in their job searches;
prospect Vaud companies in order to develop new partnerships and search for possibilities in the hidden job market;
ensure the administrative follow-up of the files for which you are responsible.
Your profile
As a CFC holder, you have proven experience in personnel placement or socio-professional reintegration. Furthermore, you possess an excellent knowledge of the local economic fabric.
Your interpersonal skills, your listening skills, your assertiveness, your interpersonal skills, as well as your ability to manage stress allow you to work independently while respecting the set objectives.
You are also recognized for your exemplary organization, your ease in writing, and your mastery of common IT tools.
