Due to positive business development, we are exclusively looking for an HR Specialist 50-70% Tasks As an HR Specialist, you are responsible for the development and implementation of innovative personnel strategies and concepts for the company. You work closely with top management and the HR team to ensure long-term personnel planning. You analyze HR trends, develop strategies for employee development and retention, and you advise and support managers on HR-relevant topics and contribute to the creation of a positive corporate culture. Profile Completed KV apprenticeship and an HR training or several years of experience in personnel management. An analytical mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills are among your personal strengths, as well as dealing with a wide variety of personalities.
