Economist specialized in business analysis (70 to 80%)

Your tasks
You will perform business analyses from the perspective of employees, which will serve as a basis, in particular, for wage negotiations and collective labor agreements, as well as for consultation procedures in the event of collective redundancies. You will also advise and support your colleagues on site during consultation procedures related to collective redundancies. You will also carry out branch-specific and economic policy analyses. You will present the results of your analyses and lead training sessions on themes related to business management and economic policy.

Your background

• University degree in economic sciences (business management or political economy) or in an equivalent field
• Experience in the analysis of annual reports and other company-related information, as well as in evaluating the economic situation and strategies of companies
• Proven skills in developing bases as well as in transmitting content to different target groups
• Mastery of French or German orally and in writing and very good knowledge of the other language.
• Analytical and rigorous spirit
• Great autonomy, sharp sense of initiative, team spirit, service-oriented with very good communication skills
• Sensitivity regarding union politics, identification with the values of Unia
