Finance Clerk, Focus Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (f/m) - 50 %

With its products, systems, and services, the SME with around 40 employees and headquarters in the Canton of Zug enjoys a reputation for competence and innovative strength. The solutions of the Swiss provider are specialized in testing, measuring, and securing electronic, industrial, and IT systems. To expand the back office, the following proactive, motivated personality is currently being sought:

Field of activity

• Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Process expense reports
• Assistance in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and VAT returns
• Extended tasks in personnel administration (preparation of employment contracts, assistance in payroll processing)
• Within the framework of holiday substitution for the Head of Finance+Personnel, the field of activity expands with additional activities

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Sound, demonstrable professional experience in the field of finance and accounting; initial experience in payroll processing is an advantage
• Languages: D/Swiss German native level, E basic
• PC: good MS Office skills as well as experienced in handling finance software
• Joy, discretion, and a sense of responsibility characterize your personality
• The SME spirit is familiar to you and you are motivated to take on responsibility within a small finance team
• The workload is 50% and you are invited to perform the work on-site
