Major player in the canton of Geneva and surrounding areas, we design and build local energy infrastructures to supply cities, industries and buildings. To support our development, we are looking for a permanent position: A Sector Service Operation Manager Under the responsibility of the Operation Manager, you ensure the technical, operational and human management of your sector. You are responsible for the proper functioning of the facilities, compliance with contractual commitments and the performance of your team. Main missions: - Team management: Supervise and coordinate a team of itinerant technicians, ensuring their professional development. Organize intervention schedules and ensure task distribution. Optimize resources to guarantee operational efficiency. Ensure the proper execution of administrative tasks by your team in accordance with company rules. • Planning and Organization: Manage a portfolio of CVC installations and ensure compliance with contractual specifications. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance operations. Analyze malfunctions and implement adapted corrective actions. Provide technical expertise on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and regulation installations. Participate in the cadre on-call service to ensure continuity of services. - Customer relationship: Be the privileged interlocutor of your clients. Develop a lasting trust relationship. Advise and assist clients in optimizing energy and improving their facilities. Ensure regular monitoring of the quality of services and customer satisfaction. - Administrative management: Participate in the implementation of contracts in the GMAO and ERP tool. Maintain the list of equipment under contract up to date. Draw up quotes for replacing defective parts. Participate in the writing of technical reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements. Identify and report operating anomalies. Profile: - HES technician in building technology or equivalent in the CVC field - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, with in-depth knowledge of CVC systems - Successful experience in team coordination or management function - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners - Autonomous, team spirit and sense of organization - At ease with computer tools We offer: - Remuneration according to profile - Opportunity for continuous training - Company vehicle Entry into function: to be agreed Join a company in full growth and actively participate in its success.
