Senior Product Manager Corporate Business (m/f/d) How you contribute: Taking on technical and operational responsibility in the creation of the business plan for the corporate business, as well as for projections, plausibility checks, and commentaries on the business course Conducting market, product, cost, and segment analyses, as well as deriving recommendations for action for the further development of the business Designing and further developing products and services in the areas of daily sickness allowance, accident, and supplementary products based on market and customer needs Reviewing and adapting the General Insurance Conditions (AVB) and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance Independently conducting internal product and process training Collaborating in cross-departmental projects and taking on sub-project leadership with high business relevance Creating complex offers and supporting underwriting during the sales season according to the four-eyes principle What distinguishes you: You have a higher education (Uni / FH) with a focus on mathematics, physics, business informatics, IT, or a comparable field of study. An additional qualification in the field of actuarial science is an advantage, or the willingness to undergo further training in this area. You have sound knowledge of corporate business within health and accident insurance. Your experience in insurance technology and in projects ideally completes your profile. You convince us with your analytical and conceptual skills and know how to prepare complex relationships in the areas of processes, systems, and data in an understandable way. You communicate in a target-group-oriented manner, make a convincing appearance, and work successfully with a wide variety of stakeholders. You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview of priorities, dependencies, and deadlines even in demanding projects, and achieve sustainable results. You have very good knowledge of working with data and IT systems, especially with relational databases, SQL, or data warehouse solutions.
