What to expect ##

In this department, you will take over the leadership of the support team for our insurance advisors. As a team leader, you will take on a very important function for us at the general agency. You work with a lot of passion and enthusiasm - in customer contact and in supporting our insurance and pension advisors. In addition, you are responsible for a team of around 6 employees.

What you will achieve with us ##

Daily customer contact by telephone / reception and via email is important to you. You coordinate and support our insurance and pension advisors in all sales processes. In this service- and sales-oriented collaboration, you take an active role and, together with the team, ensure optimal care and advice for our customers.

You take great pleasure in inspiring our customers. With organizational skills, a lot of passion, and a high awareness of service quality, you independently create offers, process applications, and are part of the administrative hub of the General Agency Zug.

You are a motivated leader and ensure the professional and personnel leadership of your employees. At the same time, you build up the administrative support for the pension area in support. Thanks to your strong analytical thinking skills, you drive processes forward and actively help develop the future of the general agency.

What you bring with you ##

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry
• Enjoyment of leadership tasks and operational responsibility
• Communicative and assertive personality with negotiation skills
• High social competence and ability to work in a team
