Childcare Specialist at the Tagesschule Heubeeribüel, 70-80 %

Since summer 2025, the Heubeeribüel school has been an independent day school and includes a morning table as well as lunch/evening care. In the care setting, around 160 children from kindergarten to 6th grade are supervised. Additionally, our Waldhäuschen offers a nature-connected and varied care service.

The care department of our school is looking for reinforcement for the middle school team as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You help organize and design the care offers.
• You enjoy spending time with the children in nature and organizing outdoor activities.
• You actively participate in the design and maintenance of our school garden and support the children in managing conflicts constructively and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You perform administrative, operational, and domestic tasks.
• You enjoy working with teachers as well as other specialists of the school team and participate in meetings, school conferences, school events, etc.

Profile ##

• Education: completed EFZ Fachperson Betreuung or Kleinkinderzieher*in
• Flexibility and resilient personality with great commitment
• Motivated, open, and humorous personality with a positive view of people
• Independence, sense of responsibility, as well as good team and communication skills
• Good team and communication skills

Your working days/times are: Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm as well as three weeks of work in the holiday care, freely selectable. During the remaining 10 school holiday weeks, you take holidays.

The Schulkreis Zürichberg includes the city districts 1, 7, and 8 with the neighborhoods Altstadt, Fluntern, Hottingen, Hirslanden, Riesbach, and Witikon. The Kreisschulbehörde manages 18 school buildings. Attached to these are 43 kindergartens and over 40 childcare facilities of different sizes. Of the 14 organizational units, 11 are day schools.
