Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was founded in 2004 and has since been bringing the variety of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offering ranges from fresh noodle, rice, and soup dishes to various curries. Guests can enjoy their food in a relaxed atmosphere on one of the 16 swings or conveniently take their take-away order with them. The restaurant at Barfüsserplatz in Basel offers over 115 seats and extends over two floors.

Your versatile activities:

• You prepare the mise en place for the lunch and dinner service, ensuring a smooth workflow 🍽️✨
• Whether at the gas wok or in the preparation of our sushi creations: You prepare the dishes on our menu independently and with passion 🔥🍜🍣
• Freshness and quality are everything to you. You ensure that our high quality standards are met at all times 🥬✅
• General cleaning work? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽
• Hygiene is a matter of course for you. You comply with the hygiene concept according to HACCP and ensure that everything is top-notch 📋✨

Your talents & experiences:

• You bring at least 2 years of experience with the gas wok and/or in the preparation of sushi. Corresponding training is an additional plus 🍜🍣🎓
• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily within the team 🗣️
• Your way of working is clean, efficient, and precise. You attach great importance to details ✅
• You are motivated to develop yourself and contribute your skills 🚀
• You have a good sense for the quality of ingredients and ensure that everything remains fresh and delicious 🥬
