What you will do:

• You take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
• This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary real estate maintenance, scheduling and conducting property viewings as well as handovers
• You are in contact with owners, tenants, facility management, tradespeople and authorities
• Negotiating and preparing commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget is also within your area of responsibility
• To meet all these tasks, you can count on the support of both team members from technical management and leasing as well as administration and facility management, which you supervise
• At the "Wohnen" location, you also take care of the personal support of customers on-site together with your team
