At our facility, 15 families with children find supervised or accompanied living options. Focus areas lie in the observation and promotion of child welfare, support in crisis situations, and the stabilization of the family system. Our clientele includes women affected by violence as well as parents with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, or other psychosocial difficulties.

The workload of 20-30% is particularly suitable for specialists seeking a flexible part-time activity and who enjoy professionally accompanying parents and children even in challenging situations. ###

You will work in a varied environment where individual responsibility, relationship work, and situational action are required. In doing so, you are part of a dedicated team and can effectively contribute your professional and personal competencies.

What you can achieve: ###

• Independent, socio-pedagogical accompaniment and care of parents and children
• Individual support for parents in educational matters and in managing everyday life
• Situation-appropriate care of children during the day and at night, especially in situations of parental overload
• Taking on approx. 4 weekend shifts per month in early, middle, and late shifts
• Taking on night on-call duties from 19:30 to approx. 07:45. You sleep on-site to deploy if necessary (approx. 4x per month)
• Taking on domestic tasks as well as co-responsibility for compliance with our quality standards
• Maintaining the necessary documentation and ensuring a continuous flow of information with the day team

What you bring with you: ###

• Completed training in social pedagogy or a related field
• Professional experience in a socio-pedagogical environment, ideally with families and children, especially in the early childhood sector
• Enjoyment of resource-oriented, appreciative, and humorous accompaniment of children and parents
• You maintain calm and an overview even in challenging situations. You act professionally and solution-oriented and are happy to take independent responsibility
• Resilience, flexibility, and situational action
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Willingness to take on substitute assignments on working days
