Our client is Spitex Nidwalden in Stans, the public Spitex organization with a mandate from the Health Directorate as well as the municipalities of the Canton of Nidwalden. The lively and very well organized operation with around 160 employees provides services to clients throughout the canton. We are looking for a professionally and personally convincing as well as committed person as Head of Finance, HR & Administration (as a member of the GL and sector-specific deputy of the Chair of the GL) In this exciting role, you are on the one hand responsible for finance and accounting including annual financial statements, budget and reporting. On the other hand, HR as well as administration (including IT) are subordinate to you, whereby you are supported by a powerful team. Furthermore, you contribute holistically to the management team, think and act in a networked manner and thus contribute to the continuous development of the operation. The basis is your professional experience in finance and accounting (including closing security), ideally in a similarly positioned leadership position or on the way to one; industry experience is not a must. In addition, you have a commercial education with further training at the Federal Diploma level (e.g., from finance and accounting or fiduciary) or as a Business Administrator HF or similar. You enjoy getting stuck into the operational work in accounting yourself and also have experience in human resources. Personally, you are upright, open and socially competent. You desire a participatory approach within a GL, promote and support your employees and contribute to leadership in a goal-oriented manner.
