Your missions

• Coordinate maintenance, transformation, and renovation works of the infrastructures (planning, monitoring, communication, administrative tasks, controls).
• Supervise the companies intervening on the various construction sites.
• Assist engineers and works managers in carrying out specific tasks.
• Guarantee fluid and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC in the field of technical installations, ideally with a specialization in ventilation.
• Several years of confirmed experience in the renovation, maintenance, or transformation of buildings.
• Solid knowledge of the different building trades.
• You demonstrate clear, structured, and professional communication.
• You know how to develop a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
• Rigorous, autonomous, committed person, enjoying teamwork
