Head of Finance \& Accounting (m/f/d), 100 % Your contribution to our team In this role, you will lead the 15-member Finance team both professionally and disciplinarily and will be responsible for the entire operational finance and accounting. A special focus is placed on the leadership and further development of your team. You promote cross-departmental cooperation, develop competencies in a targeted manner, and ensure that your team acts as a reliable and service-oriented partner for the entire organization. Furthermore, you ensure the correct and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to local regulations as well as group specifications and are responsible for consolidation according to IFRS and group-wide guidelines. As the central contact person for accounting and reporting topics, you work closely with the group functions and guarantee meaningful financial reporting. You are also responsible for credit management, accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, as well as tax issues in cooperation with internal and external specialists. You maintain close cooperation with the CFO, Business Controlling, and the Internal Control Team and provide support for financial and business management questions. Furthermore, you coordinate cooperation with auditing bodies, banks, and other external partners. With your eye for optimization potential, you lead finance, compliance, and process improvement projects and continuously develop our financial processes, systems, and governance structures. In doing so, you ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and group guidelines at all times.
