We are looking for HES nurses or those recognized by the Red Cross for missions in home care,

ad hoc or long-term.

You are available between 50 % and 100 % and wish to perform:

• ad hoc missions (full days or half days),
• or a long-term mission (minimum 3 months at 80 %, with the possibility of evolution towards a permanent position)?

Your missions:

• Perform nursing care and basic care at the home of persons presenting a state of physical or mental dependency or a disability (health check, blood pressure measurement, blood sampling, blood glucose, injections, dressings)
• Support the CMS multidisciplinary team in managing patient situations
• Ensure the proper transmission of information between all stakeholders through the patient file

Profile sought

We are looking for:

• Bachelor in nursing or foreign diploma with mandatory Swiss Red Cross recognition
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in home care.
• Technical skills:
• Knowledge of Medlink software: an asset.
• Availability:
• Hourly flexibility required (split shifts, morning, evening and weekend).
• Personal qualities:
• Soft skills and excellent presentation
• Autonomy and sense of initiative
• Adaptability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience and good stress management
