The Swisstow AG develops and produces innovative special and elevating-eyeglass vehicles. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a responsible and committed personality as:

Production Manager (m/f/d)
As Production Manager, you are responsible for the entire production. You coordinate the manufacturing processes, lead our employees, and ensure that required material is procured in a timely manner.

Your Tasks
Overall responsibility for the complete production
Planning, organization, and monitoring of production processes
Leadership, coordination, and support of the employees
Allocation of employees and creation of the production planning
Ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing
Organization and monitoring of material procurement
Determination of material requirements in cooperation with the respective departments
Obtaining and comparing offers as well as triggering orders
Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring material availability
Coordination with suppliers, purchasing, and internal contact persons
Control of work quality and compliance with production standards
Identification and resolution of production and material bottlenecks
Optimization of workflows and production processes
Responsibility for order, safety, and efficient processes in production
Your Profile
Completed technical training, for example as an automation technician, electrician, vehicle technician, polymechanic, or in a comparable profession
Several years of professional experience in production or assembly
Experience in employee leadership and production planning
Good organizational skills and technical understanding
Experience in material procurement and dealing with suppliers is an advantage
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
Assertiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills
Enjoyment of working with technically demanding special vehicles
