For our client, we are looking for a technically skilled and strong leadership personality as a Team Leader Electronics Manufacturing. In this practical role, you will take responsibility for a production team and simultaneously work actively on the construction of sophisticated control and switchgear systems. yellowshark AG will accompany you personally and transparently throughout the entire application process.

Your task ##

• Technical and personnel leadership of the employees in the manufacturing and testing of electronic components
• Ensuring and further development of quality standards in manufacturing and testing
• Independent construction, wiring, and modification of complex control and switchgear systems according to electrical schematics, disposition, and technical specifications
• Analysis of quality deviations as well as initiation and follow-up of suitable improvement measures
• Ensuring the timely, economical, and qualitatively flawless implementation of the handed over manufacturing orders
• Coordination of open technical points with production, project management, and engineering

Your profile ##

• Completed basic technical training as Elektroniker EFZ, Automatiker EFZ, Automatikmonteur EFZ, or Elektroinstallateur EFZ
• Additional qualifications in the field of workshop management, project management, or switchgear construction, for example with a federal diploma (eidgenössischem Fachausweis) or at HF level, are a great plus
• Experience in switchgear construction, control construction, or in the wiring of complex electrical systems
• Leadership experience or the personal and technical suitability to lead a production team
• Confident handling of electrical schematics, technical documents, as well as measuring and testing equipment
• Experience in electrical and functional testing as well as in systematic fault finding
• Clear, binding, and appreciative manner of communication
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
