Team Leader System Engineering (w/m/d)

In your mission, you will thrive with:

• Personnel and organizational leadership of employees at several locations (Basel, Mägenwil, and St. Gallen) including deployment, capacity, and resource planning
• Ensuring a stable, efficient, and high-quality service operation in the IT service provider environment
• Coordination and prioritization of customer orders, projects, and support services in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for compliance with Service Levels (SLA), quality standards, and processes
• Escalation and decision-making authority in complex customer, operational, or personnel situations
• Close cooperation with customers, management, service management, and other internal interfaces
• Support in the further development of services, operating models, and organizational structures
• Developing, promoting, and inspiring apprentices within the company

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Training or degree in computer science and several years of professional experience in system engineering, preferably with an IT service provider
• Leadership experience of technical teams, characterized by a situational and modern leadership style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• In-depth infrastructure and technology knowledge regarding on-prem, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures (For example: MS Server, MS Client OS, M365 Security - Intune, Defender, MS Azure, Veeam Backup, VSphere, MS Hyper-V, MS SQL)
• Ability to recognize technical innovation and trends and to drive them forward with enthusiasm
• A service-oriented, ambitious, and assertive personality with pleasure in working in a customer context and the associated travel activity
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
