Technical Support Engineer 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

The Robotics Business Unit develops, produces and markets liquid handling robots to automate processes for the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry, as well as research on cells or DNA.

What you can accomplish:

Your exciting field of responsibility, with approximately 20 % travel, includes:

Technical advice to our global organization

Investigation, resolution and remote or on-site support of complex technical issues

Close collaboration with many internal departments (R&D, Product Care, Product Management, Production, etc.)

Intermediary and main contact person for requests and questions from our external partners

Coordination and processing of customer complaints and support requests

Active participation in projects, definition and monitoring of processes

Implementation and monitoring of data analyses

Management of new products, responsible for the transfer of knowledge to partners

Provision of service procedures, documentation, spare parts as well as training and service concepts

Organization and implementation of training for internal and external partners

Maintenance and extension of the knowledge base

What you bring:

Engineering training (preferably electronic / mechanical)

Understanding to analyze and explain complex technical issues

Solution and service-oriented work, this goes without saying for you

Flexible and communicative personality with an autonomous and reliable working method

Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages (French/Italian) are an advantage
