For our location in Märstetten (TG), we are looking for a reliable and dedicated person to fill the role of Production Manager for chemical-technical products after consultation. Production Management (m/w/d), 100 % Your tasks: In your role, you will lead the production at our Märstetten site with currently around 25 employees. You are a proven leadership personality who wants to take on responsibility and drive things forward, e.g. achieving corporate goals, personnel responsibility, as well as compliance with quality and safety standards. You will help to put our production on a modern and future-proof footing. This includes increasing production performance, among other things through systematic reduction of disruptions and bottlenecks, efficient utilization of facilities and improvement of unit costs. You will conduct daily Shop Floor Meetings in production and continuously optimize processes and production workflows. You will ensure optimal personnel deployment planning in a two-shift operation. You will work closely with the safety officer, production planner and managing director. Despite the day-to-day business, you will keep an eye on key figures such as production costs, budget, error rates, etc. Your profile: Completed technical training with corresponding further education or completed studies with a technical or production-technical background. Long-standing production experience, ideally with technical and/or chemical products along the entire capacity, resource and production planning. Lean Management and 6S are not foreign words to you. Good business management skills. High willingness to perform to lead production as well as production employees. Experience in dealing with different cultures and very good language skills in German. Personally, you inspire with empathy, your assertiveness and your pronounced implementation-strong maker qualities. Experience in project management is an advantage.
