Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Support specialist departments in the planning, steering, and control of facility services, process maintenance orders • Creation and monitoring of cross-property contracts throughout their entire contract duration • Creation of key figures and reportings on the portfolio, sub-portfolio, and services • Steering of procurements according to public procurement law (BöB) and creation as well as coordination of tenders and contracts • Ensure master data maintenance in IT applications <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial or technical basic training EFZ with professional experience in facility management • Experience in contract controlling as well as ideally in public procurement procedures • High service orientation, analytical, structured, and independent way of working with business understanding; ability to prepare content in writing suitable for the target group • Proficient use of Excel (Pivot, data analysis) and SAP (PM, MM), ideally supplemented by knowledge of Power BI • Good knowledge of a second official language <br /> In short You will take on a central function at the interface of contract management, controlling, procurement, and operational process control.
