With your sense for quality, presentation and trends, you create shopping experiences and enthusiastically pass on your know-how to the teams in the branches What you move With your expertise, you competently and practically support and advise our branches in the area of freshness You ensure that our concepts regarding assortment and product presentation are implemented successfully and uniformly The professional training and further education of our specialist and team leaders is in your hands - in doing so, you convey knowledge with enthusiasm and practical relevance You keep an eye on spoilage, analyze causes and derive effective measures for optimization You actively contribute your ideas and your experience to the further development of our presentation principles for the branches You support the planning and design of new openings as well as changes in our branches and thus contribute to a convincing appearance at the POS You observe the market and our competitors, carry out price checks and use your findings for continuous further development You appreciate the varied combination of office work and assignments directly on-site in our branches You actively participate in projects, contribute your professional competence and set important impulses What you bring with you Education: Eidg. Fachausweis Specialization: /Cook comparable training (*in) Professional experience: Min. 2 years in retail in a similar function You have sound specialist knowledge in the area of freshness Freshness, quality and an emotional product presentation are close to your heart and you have a good sense for a convincing appearance at the POS You are a strong-willed personality and convince with pronounced communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders You work independently and in a structured manner, organize yourself efficiently and approach tasks in a solution- and customer-oriented manner You have a valid driving license of category B German (C1) Swiss German (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Central place of work: Easily accessible with public and private transport.
