Support IT Specialist Senior (f/m/d)

On behalf of our client based in Neuchâtel, with a planned transfer to La Chaux-de-Fonds from March 2028 and regular travel to several sites in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Support IT Specialist Senior (f/m/d) responsible for providing N1/N2 local IT support while contributing to the improvement and automation of support operations.

Your mission

• Take charge of N1/N2 technical or application incidents and requests from end to end, from diagnosis to resolution and follow-up with users.
• Provide local support at the various sites located mainly in the cantons of Neuchâtel, Vaud, and Fribourg, organizing interventions according to priorities and business impact.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft environments, notably Windows, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender.
• Design, adapt, and maintain scripts, notably in PowerShell or Python, in order to automate recurring tasks, make operations more reliable, and improve support efficiency.
• Accompany users in the use of their tools, promote IT best practices, and coordinate interventions with internal teams or external partners if necessary.

Your profile

• Have at least 5 years of experience in N1/N2 technical and application IT support, with good autonomy in the complete management of incidents; experience in a multi-site environment is a significant asset.
• Master Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, with solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory as well as good basics in Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
• Possess practical experience in scripting, ideally in PowerShell or Python, with the ability to understand, modify, create, and maintain automation scripts.
• Master network and security fundamentals related to user support, notably connectivity, VPNs, MFA, and access management; fluent French is indispensable and technical English is appreciated.
• Demonstrate autonomy, organization, initiative, and an excellent sense of service, be comfortable with interlocutors of different levels, and hold a driver's license for regular travel between sites.
