The Centre de Secours et d'Urgences (CSU) carries out more than 5200 interventions per year in the 3 districts of central Valais, Sion-Hérens-Conthey, where the ambulance teams attached to the CSU of the town of Sion intervene. The rescue service operates in a sector of approximately 900 km2. The CSU in Sion employs 3 ambulances from 07:00 to 19:00, 2 ambulances from 19:00 to 07:00, and includes 40 employees, including health professionals and administrative staff. The CSU only performs P1, P2, and S1 missions assigned by the 144 emergency center. The town of Sion is putting up for competition the position of Quality Responsible Paramedic ### activity rate 80 to 100% ### at the CSU, section attached to the Population, Security and Airport Service. Your missions ### • Develop and evolve the CSU's quality system; • Lead and coordinate the service's quality projects; • Participate in the development of care standards and operating procedures; • Promote the integration of good practices and proven results in care; • Supervise the activities of the referents in your field; • Ensure the monitoring of quality indicators, statistics, and activity analyses; • Participate in risk management and patient safety enhancement; • Organize and lead experience feedback and quality circle sessions; • Ensure compliance with applicable professional, cantonal, and federal standards; • Contribute to maintaining the service's IAS recognition; • Ensure prehospital interventions as a certified paramedic ES. Your profile ### • Paramedic ES diploma; • CAS in care quality or equivalent training. People who do not yet have this training must commit to obtaining it as soon as possible after taking office; • Confirmed experience in the prehospital field; • Good knowledge of the Valais prehospital healthcare system and the Valais Canton Rescue Organization (OCVS); • Mastery of common computer tools and specific software for the prehospital environment; • French or German as a native language with basic knowledge of the other language and English; • Sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative; • Excellent relational skills and ability to work in a network; • Analytical mind, rigor, and solution-oriented; • Ease in project management and interdisciplinary collaboration. Remuneration conditions ### • Class 115 for holders of a CAS in care quality or equivalent recognized training; • Class 114 for people who do not yet have this training, with evolution to class 115 as soon as it is obtained.
