Die Spitexdienste Laupen are a non-profit organization with a public mandate. The catchment area includes the municipalities of Laupen, Mühleberg, Frauenkappelen, Kriechenwil, Ferenbalm, Gurbrü and Wileroltigen with around 10'000 inhabitants. To complement our team, we are looking for a cheerful and motivated Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/dipl. Pflegefachmann FH/HF 80 - 100% per immediate agreement. Our central starting point to the clients is in the Betagtenzentrum Laupen. From here, we start our tours with our own car or the Spitex car. Your tasks: You carry out needs assessments directly at our clients' homes - digital and uncomplicated with the tablet; You take responsibility for the entire nursing process and ensure professional basic and treatment care; You work in daily responsibility (06:30-16:00) or in the late shift (13:30-23:00) and actively help shape everyday nursing life; As a competent contact person, you provide advice and support to our clients, their relatives, and your team; With your expertise and experience, you support trainees in daily professional life and contribute to their successful development. Ideally, you bring: Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH; At least two years of professional experience - ideally in the Spitex sector; You have already completed the vocational trainer course or are willing to attend it; Joy in passing on your knowledge; Knowledge of ASEBIS is a plus, but not a must; You work confidently with PC, tablet and digital nursing documentation; You act independently, take responsibility and maintain an overview even in demanding situations; A driving license of category B; having your own car is an advantage.
