Allrounder in food production (40–80 %)

Purpose of the position

As an allrounder in our manufacture, you are part of a small, motivated team and contribute significantly to the production of high-quality frozen specialties. The varied activity offers a lot of personal responsibility, flexibility, and the opportunity to actively contribute to the quality of our products and processes.

Main tasks:

• Collaboration in the production of high-quality frozen specialties
• Preparation, portioning, packaging, and labeling of the products
• Ensuring compliance with all food, quality, and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Responsibility for cleanliness, order, and hygiene in production
• Participation in the optimization of production workflows and processes
• Goods receipt as well as warehouse management of raw materials and finished products
• Operation and cleaning of production plants and work equipment
• Sporadic assistance at events, tastings, and customer occasions
• General support of the team in all arising tasks

Area of responsibility:

• Compliance with legal food regulations as well as internal quality standards
• Implementation and monitoring of hygiene processes
• Careful and responsible handling of food and operating resources
• Active collaboration to ensure a smooth production process

Requirement profile
Technical requirements:

• Ideally experience in food production or the food industry (not mandatory)
• Understanding of hygiene and quality requirements in handling food
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
