Receptionist for our Spa (M/F)
Permanent contract at 100%

Your daily missions:

• Carry out the promotion, advice, and sale of SPA treatment products and services
• Ensure the billing of Spa products, treatments, and services
• Welcome clients and provide information according to their requests and needs
• Guarantee the management of client requests, email processing, and Spa reservations
• Participate in the smooth running of the Spa

And who are you?

• You have a neat appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
• You are flexible regarding working hours and available to work Saturdays or Sundays to meet client needs at all times
• Interacting with clients and responding to their requests are your greatest passions
• Very good level of French, English (C1 required), and a third language is an asset
• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
