Our client, a constantly evolving watchmaking company, is looking to carry out start-ups and ensure production, a: Turner (M/F/X)
Mission:

Ensure compliance with production standards
Train, support and replace production managers as needed
Intervene with regulators to resolve technical problems
Lead follow-up meetings and manage associated action plans
Contribute to the capitalization and sharing of expertise
Participate in the integration of new manufacturing means and/or processes
Train and support the apprentice as part of their turner training
Profile:

CFC in polymechanics, turning option, or equivalent training
Proven experience on Tornos Swissnano and Citizen R04/R07 equipment
Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools
Methodical mindset and good analytical skills
Ability to be a proposals force
