Head of Accounting 80 - 100 %

In this central function, you will bear the professional responsibility for the accounting of our three subsidiaries and the holding company and will report directly to the CFO of the ALBIRO Group. You will lead a small team and ensure that our figures are correct, processes work, and SAP does not just manage numbers, but provides transparency.

What awaits you

• You take responsibility for the entire financial accounting of the ALBIRO Group
• You lead and support a small team that supports you in your work
• You prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• You are responsible for value-added tax
• You work closely with the CFO of the ALBIRO Group and conduct liquidity planning
• You bear the responsibility for the cooperation and coordination surrounding the audit of the individual companies
• You further develop processes and structures and are responsible for central guidelines in your area
• You work with SAP as the central financial system and ensure that our figures are also accurately reflected on the system side

What you bring with you

• a solid education in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal professional diploma
• several years of experience in a comparable function
• very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, OR, and value-added tax
• sound SAP experience in the Finance module, ideally also in Controlling
• knowledge of the French language for close cooperation with our subsidiary in French-speaking Switzerland
• enjoyment in leading and further developing a small team professionally and personally
• accuracy, personal responsibility, and a strong understanding of numbers and entrepreneurial contexts
• a pragmatic personality who thinks ahead, rolls up their sleeves, takes responsibility, and is open to further developments. We look for solutions, not problems
