Registered Nurse HF/FH as vocational training manager 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the implementation of the Tertianum basic training concept for the training of apprentices in health and social care (AGS), healthcare professionals (FaGe) and HF students within the establishment
• Ensure high-quality training in terms of professional, legal, economic and quality aspects
• Professional support, advice and guidance of trainers in pedagogical, organizational and administrative matters
• Planning of trainer needs in collaboration with hierarchical superiors
• Participation in the recruitment and integration of new trainers
• Main contact person for apprentices and HF students during the entire training/studies
• Responsibility for the planning and organization of the induction phase for new apprentices and HF students
• Responsibility for the management of attendance and absences of apprentices and HF students
• Ensure the realization of all legally and operationally required interviews (probation period, structured interviews, situational interviews, training reports, learning logs)
• Planning and realization of competency proofs in accordance with the training ordinance
• Organization and realization of individual practical work (IPA), if necessary
• Coordination of training between the establishment, the vocational school, inter-company courses, the university of applied sciences/specialized higher school
• Planning of training assignments as well as learning locations in the PeP

Your profile

• A warm attitude full of humor
• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or recognized equivalent diploma
• Completed SVEB 2 continuing education or willingness to follow it
• Desired professional experience in long-term care
• Assured communication in German orally and in writing
