Your new tasks Answering customer questions regarding shopping at in direct customer contact at the information desk in the branch Answering customer questions by telephone and via e-mail Ensuring administrative tasks in the branch (correspondence, price labels, customer service cases etc.) Supporting the branch management in administrative tasks Supporting the employees in sales with questions regarding sales documents, IT systems and administrative processes in the branch Assisting on the sales floor and at the cash desk if required What you bring with you Training in retail Outgoing and communicative personality Organizational talent Saturday is a working day Good PC user knowledge Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form A few years of professional experience in sales or the administrative area Foreign language skills in ösisch and English are an advantage What we offer you 20% on the entire assortment & discounts within the XXXLutz-Gruppe Combinable with other promotions 5 weeks vacation A additional week can be purchased We support your further education Financially or through flexible working hours Flexible working time models Working 100% in 4.5 days?
