Your tasks ##

• Nursing-pedagogical care of the adolescents during the day as well as at night during night shifts
• Everyday support and leisure activities in the youth group
• Implementation of crisis interventions
• General interdisciplinary work with adolescents and the respective networks
• Execution of nursing activities according to medical prescription
• Assumption of housekeeping activities at night

Your profile ##

• Completed training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) or as a nursing professional (ideally specializing in psychiatry)
• Joy in resource-oriented work with adolescents and their relatives
• Trauma-sensitive basic attitude
• Flexible, resilient and humorous personality
• High social and self-reflection competence
