For one of our clients, a home care structure active throughout the Canton de Neuchâtel, we are looking for several Assistants in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) to strengthen the teams.
Responsibilities
Provide basic care and delegated medico-technical care at the patients' homes.
Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities while promoting their autonomy.
Observe the health status of patients and transmit relevant information to the multidisciplinary team.
Participate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of care plans.
Guarantee individualized, quality care that respects the needs of patients.
Ensure the traceability of care and respect current protocols.
Collaborate with the different health professionals intervening at home.
Profile
Holder of a CFC as Assistant in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) or a recognized foreign diploma (or in the process of recognition) allowing the practice of the profession in Switzerland.
Experience in home care is an asset.
Autonomous, organized, flexible, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work alone while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Good command of French, both oral and written.
Category B driving license mandatory.
Personal vehicle indispensable.
